Apology Text Messages to Send to your Girlfriend - Saying Sorry to your Girl

Apologies don’t come easy but they bring the power to restore broken relationships with them. If you have committed a mistake, you also have the simplest and most effective trick to make things better. A simple ‘sorry’ is your savior. You may need a lot of courage to say it but once said, it can work wonders for your relationship. Using that word sparsely but effectively will show you the effects when you see the cold, hard and insensitive woman near you turn to mush. Weave a web of words or pick up a few from here to let her know that you are truly sorry.
  1. I am sorry, forgive me and be mine again.
  2. I may have been wrong but if I don’t do this, I’ll never be right. I apologize.
  3. If I could avoid what happened, I would, but since I can’t, I’ll apologize.
  4. You are the kindest person I have met. Forgive this fool who can’t live without you.
  5.  Our future hangs on this note of apology! Accept it and change my life forever.
  6. I send this message to say sorry, you can take it or leave it. If you leave it, I’ll send in another message till you accept it.
  7. You know that you’re pretty; you know that you’re smart; you know you’re intelligent but do you know that I am sorry too?
  8. I know saying sorry once won’t help. So here… sorry * infinity. Accept my apologies.
  9. It’s surprising to see where we have landed because of a simple mistake, here is my sorry but where is yours?
  10. Let’s put things back as they were! I am sorry.
  11. The hardest to say but the easiest to acknowledge is a five letter word – Sorry. I said it, will you acknowledge it?
  12. Saying sorry can revive our relationship and let it blossom like before. I miss you sweetheart and I love you.
  13. I am sorry if I hurt you, I didn’t mean to. You are the love of my life. Come back to me.
  14. S-O-R-R-Y.
  15. For old times’ sake, accept my apology. I want to be with you again, don’t keep me away.
  16. Our relationship is important to me and here comes a sorry for you to forgive me and forget what I said.
  17. My world is a better place because of you. Don’t walk away. I am sorry.
  18. If you won’t hold me, I’ll cry, if you won’t be with me, I may not survive and if you don’t accept this apology, I’ll surely die.
  19. I apologize not because I am wrong but because I value our relationship more than my ego.
  20. I want to forgive and forget. But unless you forgive, I can’t forget!
  21. Saying sorry is the first step to restoring a broken relationship. I said it but will you accept it?
  22. I didn’t mean to do what I did but I am willing to be forgiven. Will you forgive me?
  23. Love is a four letter word and sorry is five, but when they walk hand in hand, they make a relationship shine.

  28. Things were said in haste, things happened against fate, but if you do accept my apology, everything will be better again.
  29. If not for me, accept this apology for the bond we share.
  30. I send you my love with this apology, accept it and make me happy.
  31. I hope you accept this apology, for it comes not only with the deepest regrets but with feelings so pure, that it’d make a pearl seem tainted.

  49. I won’t quit until you accept my apology. I am sorry.
  50. Be with me forever, sweetheart. I am sorry!

How To Cook Rice on the Stove

What You Need

Ingredients

1 cup medium- or long-grain rice — white or brown
2 cups water
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon butter or oil (optional)

Equipment

Small (2-quart or so) saucepan with a lid
Stirring spoon

  1. Rinse your rice: It's good practice to rinse your rice in a strainer before cooking. This isn't strictly necessary, but it will rinse off any dusty starch on the surface of the rice along with any leftover chaff or stray particles. (Some rices have more starchy coating than others.)
  2. Measure the rice and water: For most rice, use a 1:2 ratio of one cup of rice to two cups of water. Measure a half cup of uncooked rice per person and scale this ratio up or down depending on how much you're making. Some rice varieties will need a little less or a little more water as it cooks, so check the package for specific instructions.
  3. Bring the water to a boil: Bring the water to boil in a small saucepan. Rice expands as it cooks, so use a saucepan large enough to accommodate. A 2-quart saucepan for one to two cups of uncooked rice is a good size.
  4. Add the rice: When the water has come to a boil, stir in the rice, salt, and butter (if using), and bring it back to a gentle simmer.
  5. Cover and cook: Cover the pot and turn the heat down to low. Don't take off the lid while the rice is cooking — this lets the steam out and affects the cooking time.
  6. Rice is done when tender: Start checking the rice around 18 minutes for white rice and 30 minutes for brown rice. When done, the rice will be firm but tender, and no longer crunchy. It is fine if it's slightly sticky but shouldn't be gummy. If there is still water left in the pan when the rice is done, tilt the pan to drain it off.
  7. Turn off the heat and let stand a few minutes, covered. This steams the rice just a little more.
  8. Remove the lid and fluff: Fluff the rice with a spoon or a fork, and let it sit for a few moments to "dry out" and lose that wet, just-steamed texture.
  9. Serve the rice: Leftover rice keeps well in the fridge for several days, so you can make extra ahead to serve later.

How to Love yourself

Everyone's heard this self-help platitude: We need to love ourselves before we can love anyone else. This may sound wise, but it misses a great truth; if we want to experience true intimacy, we need to be taught to love aspects of ourselves--again and again--by the people around us.

As much as we want to control our own destiny, the humbling truth is that sometimes the only way to learn self-love is by being loved-precisely in the places where we feel most unsure and most tender. When that happens, we feel freedom and relief-and permission to love in a deeper way. No amount of positive self-talk can replicate this experience. It is a gift of intimacy, not of will-power.

Yet if our vulnerability is met with derision or disinterest, something tender shrivels and retracts within us, and we may think twice about ever sharing that part again. In my favorite Chipmunks episode, Simon falls head over heels in love, but has no idea how to win the (chip)girl's heart. Dave exhorts him, "Just be yourself." In response, Simon wails, "I tried that already!" When our authentic self doesn't work in the world, we create a false self which lets us feel safe and accepted--but at significant cost. The great psychoanalytic theorist Donald Winnicot said, "Only the true self can be creative and only the true self can feel real." I would add that only the true self can bear the risk of deep intimacy.

Every time we face the choice to share our deeper self, we stand at a precipice. Often, it's just too scary to take the step forward.

Imagine taking a pet you love and putting it in a yard with an invisible electric fence. When it moves outside its allowed space, it gets stunned by an unexpected shock. It will only take a few jolts before your pet gets the message: if it goes too far, punishment will be instantaneous. In a short period of time, your pet won't act as if the borders even exist; it will simply avoid them. If pushed closer to the danger zone, it will exhibit increasing signs of anxiety. The world outside the fence just isn't worth the pain.

Now imagine turning off the charge from the invisible fence, and then placing a bowl of food outside its perimeter. Your pet might be starving, but it will still be terrified to enter into the newly free space. And when it finally crosses the line, it does so with trembling; anticipating the pain of new shocks. It is the same with us; even though we yearn for the freedom of our true self, some deep reflexive instinct still tries to protect us from being hurt again.

We can each learn more about our true and false selves by answering these two questions:

* What parts of your authentic self did you have to hide or camouflage in your childhood?

* In your current relationships, where are you confined to too small a space? What parts of yourself are you not expressing?

In my work as a psychotherapist, I've found that we tend to be ashamed of our most unique, passionate and iconoclastic parts. These aspects of ourselves threaten our safety, but as I explain in my book Deeper Dating, they are the direct path to love and, not incidentally, to personal greatness. When we suppress these challenging gifts, we're left with a sense of emptiness and loneliness.

This shame around our most vulnerable attributes is almost universal. And even our best thinking will barely budge it.

So, how do we free ourselves from the thrall of learned shame and fear around our gifts? The best--sometimes the only--way out is through relationships; relationships which instruct us in the worth of our most vulnerable self.

Of the people you know, who sees and relishes your true self? Who isn't too afraid of your passion, or too envious of your gifts? Who has the generosity of spirit to encourage you toward greater self-expression? These people are gold. Practice leaning on them more, and giving more back to them. They are, quite simply, the way out. They are what I call relationships of inspiration, and we usually need to build these relationships into in our non-romantic lives before we find them in our romantic partners. When you date someone like this, recognize what progress you've made to let them in, and celebrate that. In future posts, I will describe the path to building more of these relationships into our lives.

5 Reasons Why Small Boobs Rock

More often than not many women with small boobs believe they’re cursed, and openly feel envious of ladies with bigger breasts. Enormous breasts don’t really make women feel and look beautiful but somehow a greater percentage of men find them more attractive.

However today we are going to look on the brighter side of small boobs and why personally I find them attractive.

Here are 5 Reasons Why I Find Small Breasts Attractive.

1. More Pleasure In Bed
According to University of Vienna research,  large breasts are 24 percent less sensitive than small breasts. So what does that mean for you and your lovely A cups? Because your boobs have less fatty tissue, they're easier to stimulate during 4--Play.

2. Button Down Shirts
With small boobs its easier to bust out of a button-down shirt at any given moment.

3. Better Posture
Less boobs means less back pain and better posture simply because your front isn't weighing your body down. A pair of D-cup breasts can weigh between 15 and 23 pounds—ouch! No wonder big breasts can cause neck tension and headaches, according to Marisa Weiss, M.D., oncologist and founder of breastcancer.org.

4. You Can Wear Almost Any Bra You Want!
Cheap bras? Shelf-bra tops? Bandeaus? Lacy bras that offer minimal support? That old pink polka-dot training bra that you're still obsessed with? Rock it! In the bra department, you have options, many options. And if you don't want to wear a bra, at all? That's A-Cup OK.

5. They Make You Look Younger
When you were a teenager, this fact may have been devastating, but now that you're older (and wiser) it's something you can appreciate. Your flat, perky chest is keeping you young, ladies. Since larger breasts sag over time, it's a signal that a woman is older.

Unao marafiki wengi, mnataniana kila wakati, siku akilianzisha, inakuwa ngumu kuchomoka.
