Here is what President Uhuru Kenyatta told Big Kev in his sick bed

In the journey to fight for his life Big Kev was admitted back in Nairobi hospital few weeks ago and popular celebrities have teamed up to help save Kev’s life.
Among the many visitors was President Uhuru Kenyatta who happens to know Kev for a long time now.
It was not clear on what the President told Big Kev but his visit to the hospital was honored by the ailing celebrity and family.

Singer Tiwa Savage shares her story, inspiration on CNN

Superstar Mavin singer Tiwa Savage is the latest prominent Nigerian to be featured on CNN’s African Voices.

The singer has come a long way from singing in a church choir to doing back up vocals and writing songs for international music superstars, to evolving into her own brand as a bonafide African diva singer and songwriter.

Taking the CNN My Africa (African Voices) crew, through her humble beginnings,  to her alma mater, South School, Idi-araba, in Surulere, mainland area of Lagos, she reminisces on the good memories as she tells CNN.
"This is kind of a little bit emotional for me because as soon as we stepped here, so many memories, great memories," she recalls.
Tiwa then met with the young school kids, and had a photo moment with them.
She talks starting music with her father and putting God first in this interview.
"I  grew up in this church,, We used to come every Sunday," she recounted as she walks hand-in-hand with her aged father through the aisle of a certain Methodist church.
"I  remember I used to see the choir as they used to sit in these pews with these lovely gowns and I remember I used to like, just belike, man I can sing, like I wanna be part of it," she explained, and how she came to audition.

Last Wednesday (February 8), New York Knicks legend Charles Oakley was involved in a shoving match with Madison Square Garden security that eventually led to his arrest. Despite Oakley’s contributions to the squad, he has been banned by owner James Dolan, which led T.I. to stand in solidarity with the imposing former player.

On Friday (February 10), the announcement was made that Oakley would be banned from entering Madison Square Garden. Fans from all walks of life stepped up in defense of Oakley and he has since reached out via Twitter to thank those who have spoken up in wake of the arrest.
T.I.’s stance was made known via his Instagram account, which featured a photo of Oakley with the caption reading ““If HE can’t go. WE ain’t goin!!! #OGOakley” to go along with the post. What that means exactly isn’t known, but it appears Tip is asking people to not support the team or that he himself will no longer attend games for the duration of Oakley’s banishment from the arena.
“I love NYC I LOVE the Knicks [thank] you for all your love .. I will be holding a Press conference next week Let’s go Knicks,” tweeted Oakley on Friday. He followed that tweet for by thanking former and current NBA players for also stepping up for him.
Oakley was allegedly booted from the arena for making inappropriate comments during the game, which prompted the response from the arena’s security staff.

Mwigulu Nchemba Afunguka On His Role In Drug War ... !!!



Minister of Internal Affairs of States, Mwigulu Nchemba, he mentioned five major elements, including drugs, saying her ministry does not matter for discussion and touches the lives of all Tanzanians.
Nchemba said this yesterday while speaking to journalists in Dar es Salaam White House after witnessing the various leaders were sworn in by President John Magufuli.
Others are Tanzania's Ambassador to Algeria, Omar Yusuf Mzee, Tanzania's Ambassador to Belgium, Joseph Sokoine and the Tanzanian Ambassador to Uganda, Grace Mgovano.
Walioapishwa include the Commissioner General of Immigration, Dr. Anna Makakala and Commissioner General of the Authority for the Prevention and Combating Drugs, Rogers Sianga. Minister Mwigulu cited other factors are fighting terrorism, poaching the resources of the country, armed crime and rape.
He said the drug is a tragedy that requires the integration of all components to ensure that they are already facing this war in any way.
He said he parked tackle these things due to the fact that the state has been increasing by the day that endangers the peace of the country. Mwigulu said his ministry is now completed every department it is an opportune time to make sure all the struggles involved with these five points to make someone vulnerable.
He called on Tanzanians to fight various partnerships that are being made by the Government to maintain the peace of the country.
The minister said in recent days there have been cases of poaching in particular rape and plunder of government saying the believe together they fight the characters. "Tumejipanga to five things that are drugs, poaching, rape, armed crime and terrorism which all together is being handled according to procedures," he said.
Since the government came to power Phase Five has been in a strategy to combat crime and various events where in recent days have proven that struggle to keep pace, particularly on drugs that were initiated by the Head of Dar es Salaam, Paul Makonda.
